Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Why would I hide anything? I simply figured that I could give you a hand. Go on in....
And, he adds mentally, when you do, I'll run you through. He smiles sweetly at Legion and makes a 'go on in' gesture |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Legions scoffs. "Which I was planning on." Legion slashes the last hinge and gives the door a nice kick. He then sees the wounded form of Ayn. "Wounded? I'd think that the one who's death could trigger the apocolypse would be a bit more careful. What if I was here to kill you?" Legion shakes his head. "I'm disappointed."
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
The man listens in on the conversations with careful interest. "Apocolypse"? He hides his intruigue from the rest of the cafe's visitors.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
No sound or movement comes from Ayn, although she is aware that Legion is nearby. A lightbulb dangling from a string flickers and swings violently from side to side.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
The Archdemon frowns slightly. "Can't even respond. How boring. Hunting someone who can actual move is much more intresting. I suggest you get moving. You know quite well that others are looking for you, and that they won't be so generous." Legion exits the backrooms, but first grabs a bottle of vodka.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
He stands and strolls over to the wounded woman. He leans in on the doorway and raises his cane to the side of her head, smiling as he beings to poke her.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
The butt of Bliss pokes the man in the back. Ayn is Riki's friend...sort of. Enough of a friend that the demon will not allow some random stranger to poke her with a cane. "Shove off." Her voice is full of malice as Riki moves to stand over Ayn, Bliss's blade in the man's face.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Hayate leans against the counter, idly twiling athrowing knife between his fingers. So, the high demon calls his bluff, but then does nothing. So be it. And this Rikali, she seems to know her way around quite nicely.
He yawns and grabs a bottle with his free hand |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Am appears on the couch and yawns. "Wow, something was resolved without bloodshed...if only I had a camera..."
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
"You will remove your blade from my face, or I will remove it for you." He grips his cane tighter and pulls it away from Ayn, placing it in front of him.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
She is slightly taken aback with his aggresive nature, but Bliss's blade remains where it is. "Do not make me repeat myself again. Shove off. Leave Ayn alone."
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
The cane leaves the ground and collides with Riki's knees. He pulls the cane back and props it onto his shoulder. "You will learn to stay out of my sight, even if I must teach you the hard way. You friend was not going to come to any harm. Bother me again and I cannot make the same promise for you." Bored with trying to wake the woman, he turns toward the bar again.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
*The doors to the cafe' open up and Cloud walks in, glancing at the man and taking a seat in his corner. He looks Ayn over then sighs and lays his head back on the wall* Great..
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
"I'm slightly amused that I see "concern" over Ayn over there, and yet no one has taken any steps to help to actually help someone who's bleeding all over the floor. But that's me." Am flops back down and seems to doze off.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Riki advoids falling on Ayn. Full of anger, she picks Ayn up and drops her uncerimounsly on a sofa. Sitting down in a chair nearby, she glares at the cafe occupants.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
From his vantage point behind the bar, Hayate tries to take everything that's happened in. He's in the middle of what could best be described as an enormous gang war, that much is clear.
However, the High Demon mentioned that this 'Ayn' could cause the apocalypse; probably explaning his interest in her. The sleeping one seems most curious to Hayate. One who talks like that in a cafe full of armed men, demons and... other...things... probably has some kind of reputation. *sigh* What a world. |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Am snaps awake and looks around. He sees Ayn on a couch. "The Lord be praised, someone has DONE something. It's a miracle! Call the papers! Call the Pope! Call the manager!" Am laughs to himself and lies down again.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
"Am....Shut Up." Riki pegs a pillow at him and turns her attention to Hayate. She's noticed his curiousty in Ayn, and didn't trust him.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Riki, you shut up before your own personal nightmare decides to come in here and wants to kill you... again. *he grins* Just a friendly warning.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Riki's response is to peg another pillow. She shudders unhappily and turns to make Ayn look comfortable.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
*he stands and walks to the bar and reaches behind the counter for a smirnoff* Y'know he can only find you when you are thinking very bad thoughts or are angry... or unhappy? I think it was.. hm. *he pops off the cap to the alcohol and begins to drink* He tried to assassinate me and I was paid to kill him as well. Neither of us succeded, so we learned from one another.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Dare I ask who you're talking about?
Hayate decides that this man will be a more interesting subject than Ayn for now, and abandons his previous line of thought. Something, however, still bugs him. |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
"Oh no, the scary mortal is threatening me. I quiver with an unmatched fear." Am turns over and seems to go asleep again, though at this point it seems that he was never sleeping at all.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
It's not like someone around here couldn't own the hell outta' you, Am. I will keep that certain who to be guessed on by you. *he looks over to Hayate, glaring at him* Just an old, old friend she knows of. A certain vampire that wants to finish his job. *he grins and chuckles to himself*
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
"Odd, I can't think of anyone. Mind enlightening me?" Am sits up, somewhat intrested.
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
*Enters cafe* ...It's been a while since I've been here.... I wonder if any of my old friends have left...?
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Has been sitting silently at a lone table with a magic elixir.
That depends what you mean by old friends. |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Garnet blinks and finally notices King at the table.
..... Is it my fault we weren't aloud to talk? I'm not the one who got us banned from talking to each other. Anyway, I don't really want to start this converstation here, if you want to talk about it, you can talk to me over AIM, but I don't know how long I can be online for. |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Hmm? Who says I was here to talk about all that? I was just answering your question. I'm aware of how the situation was. It was actually pleasant to see an old face again, in spite of siblings. No need to ruin the moment!
In any case, seeing as my days of bothering to roleplay properly are long gone I'll just be getting out of this establishment. AIM... like we ever spoke properly on that anyway. Finishes drink and disappears. |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Hmm? Who is this? Is that really you Princess Garnet?
It has been so long! Hopefully you remember me? |

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
It's okay. I'm just so glad to see you again. How's it been?
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Vampire? Bah. Impure souls of the living dead should be banished into eternal damnation.
Something about the way he says that implies that he has even less respect for the undead than most other things. (Apart from elves ¬_¬) Anyway, what's your story, oh ye of much self-confidence? |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Kupo!
UpokPookKuokuo KoopPookKooPuo! Popopopopo... Kupo! Oppa-Ok-Pap! (Hey Newyears Really Rocks! Yay-2004!) People sure seem to have vacated during the hollidays... I've done little other than sit on my little moogle but and creep around the cafe while drinking any (usually unmarked) bottle I pull off the shelves. Needless to say it didn't work miracles wonders on my sanity. I wish someone would talk to me though... Kupopo leaves a sad taste in my mouth... (=goodbye/will come back later) *Grabs a bottle full of opaque white liquid from a table* "Whi... Wha... Whe...?" This would be a lot easier to READ if this stupid whitness didn't cover a bunch of the letters... "Whe-t Oot" Hmm? Wet out? Well, THIS sounds like a powerful drink! Time to get the Wet Out! *Continues muttering while casually and daintily sipping whiteout straight from a winebottle* |
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
*he looks at Hayate again before answering Am* Thats none of your business. All you need to know about my story is that I have been the Omega factor in many people's lives. Now... *he turns to Am* I don't need to bother with picking a fight with you, after all, you probably know everything about me, all-mighty nothing. But... *he stands and sits next to him, grabbing another drink* ...I know you wouldn't be able to last here without those godly powers you possess. Tell me, where do Gods like you go when, and if they are able to die?
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
"That's something you cannot comprehend. To...dum it down a bit, we can't really die. Not here."
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Hm. I see. *he takes a drink and ponders a moment* So what are you doing here anyway? Are on some sort of Divine 'mission', or do you just love being recognized?
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
"To be honest? I have a physical form in this world out of boredom. None of the others follow suit, though."
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
I see. So here's a question. Is it really even possible of a man to become a God? I've been wondering from an encounter I had in the past.. *he takes a sip and jumps behind the bar counter, turning on a classical song from the Cd player behind the bar*
|
Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V
Am is amused by this question and even more so by who's asking it. He thinks for a few moments. "Becoming a god isn't impossible. Even now there are those who could reach it. But becoming the God, this I have no answer for."
